Yes! All the items we sell come with a Manufacturer warranty. The warranty length will vary by product and brand.
What are Manufacturer Refurbished products (also called Refurbished, Reconditioned, Recertified)?
Products described as Manufacturer Refurbished are products which have been re-manufactured and re-tested to meet the same manufacturer specifications and quality control standards as Brand New products. These products come direct from the Manufacturer with the same standard accessories as found in the Brand New version, along with a Manufacturer warranty.
Does Refurbished mean the product is used?
No, Refurbished product comes direct from the Manufacturer with a Manufacturer warranty. A Refurbished product often may have never been used, but the box was just opened and it was returned to the store. In other cases, the product may be surplus or excess product the Manufacturer wants to liquidate. And sometimes, products that are sent back for warranty service. In all of these cases, the products go back through the manufacturing process where they are brought back to full manufacturer specifications and quality control standards and re-packaged and sold as Refurbished to discount retailers like us.
Is buying Refurbished a good deal?
Absolutely- you can typically save 20-50% by buying the Refurbished version of a product. In most cases, there is no noticeable difference between the two, other than the packaging and the price.
What is your return policy?
You may return any product purchased from the Tech Outlet store within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Your original receipt is required for any return or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and condition complete with all accessories. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Why don’t you sell electronics on-line?
We want to provide customers not only with low prices but also with the highest level of customer service. The best way to do that is to allow you to see the product and ask any questions before buying. Our inventory changes weekly so the best way to see what we have is to join our mailing list or visit our store for the latest deals.
Do you match prices?
Yes, we have a Price Match Guarantee. If you see the same model advertised at another local retailer for a lower price, we will meet or beat that price. If you have already purchased from us and let us know within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a store credit for double the difference in price.
